Cancellation Policy

  • If the order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.

⚠️ Orders that have already been prepared and handed over to the shipping partner cannot be cancelled.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Customers may refuse delivery, but return and refund procedures — including applicable return shipping charges — will apply.

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned package is received and processed by our team.

3. Cancellation by Medwellmart

Medwellmart reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Compliance or regulatory restrictions

  • Payment verification or suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled by Medwellmart, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for approved cancellations (before shipment) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.

  • For partial cancellation, only the cancelled items will be refunded.
